Google and Nvidia are working together to improve cloud gaming on Chromebooks

Nvidia and Google have teamed up to improve cloud gaming on Chromebooks. The two companies are working together to optimize the experience for gamers using Nvidia’s GeForce Now service on Chromebooks. Here’s what you need to know about the partnership.

Nvidia has increased performance for its GeForce Now cloud-gaming service on the Google Chrome browser, in addition to supporting new Chromebooks made by different manufacturers that are geared for cloud gaming. Google says that all gaming Chromebooks will come with a three-month trial of Amazon Luna+ and Nvidia GeForce.

GeForce Now RTX 3080 users can now stream PC games on Chrome browsers at up to 1600p and 120 frames per second. This is a big upgrade from the previous 1440p and 120fps cap.

The companies also plan to support a new line of Chromebooks custom-built for cloud gaming. This trio of laptops also allows for 1600p resolution and displays with at least 120fps, depending on the model.

If you buy one of these special Chromebooks, Acer Chromebook 516 GE, the ASUS Chromebook Vibe CX55 Flip, or the Lenovo Ideapad Gaming Chromebook you get three free months of the best kind of cloud gaming to try out. If you're already a subscriber, and you buy one of these Chromebooks, you get the same deal.

These laptops are great for cloud gaming because they come with features like high-res displays with quick refresh rates, dedicated gaming keyboards, WiFi 6 compatibility, and immersive audio.

This means that you'll be able to enjoy smooth, responsive gameplay as well as stunning visuals and sound.

This is a huge improvement for gamers who want to get the most out of their games. The higher resolution will provide a much better gaming experience, and the increased frame rate will make things even smoother. This is a great move by NVIDIA, and it will definitely make GeForce Now even more appealing to gamers.

Nvidia is also announcing that a number of new titles will be coming to the GeForce Now platform in the coming weeks. Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is a video game that will be released on November 30. A closed beta, which is a test version of the game that only some people can play, starts this week. Other new video games launching this week include Rabbids: Party of Legends, LEGO Bricktales, Scorn, and many more.
